About the Product
What am I buying?
You are purchasing a lifetime license for a module of the Sync Engine App (SEA) for Shopify, which is a desktop application for one (1) Shopify store. Each module is sold separately, and the purchase and payment for each one are handled independently.
What does SEA actually do?
The app fetches raw Shopify data with a double click and creates a local folder on your computer called “Reports”, containing your data in an Excel document.
What are the things SEA does not do?
Please note that SEA is not a business intelligence tool, dashboard generator, or data transformation platform. It does not calculate margins, create reports, or analyze your data. I provide a fetching utility, not a business intelligence suite.
What is included in the Orders module?
The app synchronizes the full previous month and the current month of your data. The application clears and rewrites these "Raw" tabs on each run. Purchasing the Orders module includes the following data extraction:
- Tab 1: Orders General Raw:Order ID, Date, Customer Name, Email, Phone Shipping, Phone, Status, Fulfillment, Total Items, Currency, Subtotal, Shipping Total, Tax Total, Disc. Total, Grand Total, PGW, Tags and Source.
- Tab 2: Items Sold Raw:Order ID, Date, Product, Variant, SKU, Quantity, Unit Price, Disc. Name, Item Disc., Line Total, Currency, Item Status and Fulfillment.
What is included in the Shipping module?
The app synchronizes the full previous month and the current month of your data. The application clears and rewrites these "Raw" tabs on each run. Purchasing the Shipping module includes the following data extraction:
- Tab 1: General Shipping:Order ID, Fulfillment ID, Created At, Shipment Status, Tracking Number, Carrier, Total Units, Location Name, Dest. City, Dest. State, Customer Name, Phone and Shipping Phone.
- Tab 2: Items Shipped:Order ID, Tracking Number, SKU, Product Title, Variant Title, Quantity, Weight and Fulfillment Line ID.
What is included in the Inventory module?
The app synchronizes all of your inventory data. The application clears and rewrites this "Raw" tab on each run. Purchasing the Inventory module includes the following data extraction:
- Inventory Raw: Product ID, Title, Variant Title, SKU, Stock Qty, Price, Unit Cost, Inventory Value, Status, Updated At.
What is included in the Customers module?
The app synchronizes all of your customer data. The application clears and rewrites this "Raw" tab on each run. Purchasing the Customers module includes the following data extraction:
- Customers Raw: Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Address Phone, Phone, SMS Mktg, Email Mktg, Orders, Total Spent, City, Country and Created At.
How long is the historical sync?
- Customers and Inventory modules: These tools obtain all the data available in Shopify.
- Orders and Shipping modules: These tools obtain the full previous month and the current month of your data, separated by month.
As months pass, you will build a complete history of all your monthly records on your local machine.
Privacy & Security
Do you store my Shopify credentials?
No. You create a private app in your Shopify admin and generate an Admin API access token. These credentials remain directly in the tool on your computer and are never sent to me or stored on any server.
Is my store data safe?
I offer a Privacy First Architecture where:
- Data Flow: Data moves from Shopify directly to your computer.
- No Intermediate Servers: Your data travels directly without external storage.
- Local Execution: The software runs entirely on your local machine.
- Read Only Access: I use only the Shopify API permissions necessary for data fetching.
- Encrypted Credentials: Your API keys remain secured on your machine.
What are the core privacy guarantees?
- Zero Data Retention: I never see or store your Shopify data.
- 100% Your Data: You own all extracted data.
- Direct Transfer: Data moves only between your systems.
- No Third Parties: I avoid data brokers, analytics, or external processing.

How much does the Sync Engine App cost?
Each module is offered for a one time payment of $199 USD via card or PayPal. I provide a 50% discount if you pay with Binance Pay, bringing the price down to 99 USDT per module.
How can I pay for the Sync Engine App?
I provide two payment options:
- PayPal (Credit or debit card): You can use the standard payment method with full buyer protection. Price: $199 USD.
- Crypto payment (Binance Pay): I apply a 50% discount for this method. Price: 99 USDT.

What is the Refunds Policy?
I issue no refunds once the application has been delivered. Accessing the tool allows for immediate data extraction; therefore, the service is considered consumed as the primary benefit is fulfilled immediately.
What happens if I send the payment to the wrong person?
Verifying the recipient Pay ID before sending funds is your sole responsibility. I am not liable for funds lost due to typographical errors, incorrect network selection, or transfers to incorrect addresses.
Setup & Authentication
What do I need to set up the app?
Connecting your store is easy. Just enter your Shopify store URL and Admin API access token into SEA, then click 'ACTIVATE MODULE' when you launch the app for the first time.
How do I find my Shopify URL?
Log in to your Shopify Admin dashboard to find your credentials. Navigate to Settings > General where you can locate your base URL (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com) in the Store details section. The app requires the native Shopify generated URL.

Please save this token in a safe place. If you need authentication on a new device and the token is lost, you will need to generate a new token in Shopify.
Can you set up the Shopify API keys for me?
I handle the API configuration through a Collaborator Request via Shopify Partners. Please provide your store URL and your 4 digit Collaborator Request Code (Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators). I will trigger the request, and you can revoke access once the configuration is complete.

System Error Messages
Why does the app say "Access Denied"?
Please note that the Sync Engine App requires a valid lifetime license linked to your specific store URL.
If you are already a customer: Verify that you entered your correct .myshopify.com URL and not your custom domain.

What should I do if I see "Wrong Key!"?
Please check for extra spaces at the end of the token and verify that the API token matches your store URL. You should also confirm that the correct permissions were granted when creating the private app in Shopify.
Why is my report empty ("Ghost Town!")?
This means the Shopify API returned zero records for the period. Please verify that the store had activity during the selected timeframe.
Why can't I verify my license ("Connection Error")?
Please check your internet connection. You should ensure that the handshake with Shopify or the verification system is not being blocked by a firewall.
Customization & Operational Limits
Can you add more columns to the sheet?
I can include any standard Shopify field at no additional cost if it belongs strictly to the module you purchased. However, if you request data that is already being extracted by a different SEA module (e.g., asking for "Total Orders" inside an Inventory report), this requires a fee of $50 USD per request, or the purchase of the corresponding module.

Why can't I see customer data in Excel?
This is due to Shopify Plan Restrictions. If you use the Basic Shopify plan, Shopify blocks the automatic extraction of personal customer data. These specific columns will remain empty due to native API restrictions.
Can I personalize my sheets?
Maintain Raw Tabs: Avoid formulas or manual edits in "Raw" tabs as the app clears them on each run.
Create Analysis Tabs: You should build reports or dashboards in separate tabs that reference the raw data.
Why does a warning window appear when I run the app?
You must allow the custom executable to run on your system. You are responsible for managing any antivirus or OS warnings triggered by the software.
Maintenance & Support
How long is the support coverage?
I provide a 12 month technical guarantee. I will fix internal coding defects at no cost if the software fails to launch within 12 months of delivery.
What should I do if the app stops syncing?
Check your connection and generate a new Admin API access token if Shopify updates its security protocols. You can contact me if a new token does not solve the issue to determine if a deeper update is required.
What are the terms for maintenance fees?
I apply a maintenance fee of $50 USD if a Shopify update requires software recompilation or security patching. This fee includes a free upgrade to the latest version of the module.
What kind of support will I receive?
I limit support to the technical functionality of SEA. Training on Excel, data analysis, or general Shopify administration is excluded. I include installation support for the first 30 days.
How do I receive software updates or security patches?
If I need to release a critical update to ensure the app continues working perfectly with Shopify, I will notify you via email. You will receive a secure download link for the new version of SEA. Since the app is a standalone executable, you only need to replace the old file with the new one to stay up to date at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property & Liability
Can I use the app for several Shopify stores?
I issue a non exclusive, non transferable lifetime license for one (1) Shopify store URL only.
Do I own the source code?
You own the license to use the software, not the code itself. I prohibit reverse engineering, decompiling, reselling, or redistributing the software.
What happens if the data is not accurate?
The app reports exactly what the Shopify API provides. I am not responsible for data discrepancies, ghost orders, or manual errors within Shopify.
What is the limitation of liability?
I exclude responsibility for data loss, incorrect data, or business decisions made based on the exported data. I provide the software "as is" without warranties of merchantability.
