🚀 SETUP GUIDE

After downloading your new favorite app, follow these steps to set up your local Shopify tools and start exporting data without monthly fees. Private, local, and built to last.

Verify Activation & Download

Chat Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (VET / UTC-4).

Once your payment is verified via chat, I will activate your license and notify you immediately.
If the payment is reported during business hours, activation will occur during our live chat.
For payments made after hours, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours.

Please remember that your license is linked to your Shopify URL. The software will bypass the activation screen once your store has been whitelisted in the system.

Software Download: You can download the SEA.zip file directly from the bottom of the module page. To find it easily, go to Menu > Download.

Confirm the ZIP file is saved locally on your computer before proceeding to extraction.

Extract the files (Mandatory)

Right click the ZIP file and select "Extract All" or "Unzip". Choose a permanent folder on your computer, such as your Desktop or Documents.

⚠️ Crucial: Do not run the app from inside the ZIP. You must extract it first for the database to work.

Run the engine & Grant permissions

Open your newly extracted folder and double-click the SEA.exe file. Your operating system will ask for permission the first time you launch it.

WINDOWS Double click the .exe file.

Blue window alert?
If you see a message saying 'Windows protected your PC', don't worry—this is standard for private software:
Click More Info → Click Run Anyway.

Activate your module

This is a one time setup. When the window opens, enter your Shopify store URL and your Shopify Admin API access token (shpat_...) and click the green button "ACTIVATE MODULE".

⚠️ Important: Do not use your custom domain (e.g., www.yourstore.com). You must use the original Shopify handle provided when you created your store (e.g., your-store-name.myshopify.com).

Start the sync

Click the green button "GENERATE REPORT". I have optimized the engine to sync your data from Shopify directly to Excel. The process is real-time and avoids any cloud-storage risks.

Larger databases might take a moment to sync. Keep the app open until the "Success" message appears.

Browse your data

The application automatically creates a "Reports" folder inside your extracted directory. You will find a professional Excel file for every backup you generate there, organized by date.
Done! Your data is now secure on your local drive and ready to use.
