🚀 SETUP GUIDE

Upon delivery of your software package, follow these steps to set up your local Shopify tools and begin exporting data without monthly fees. Private, local, and built to last.

⚡ Step by step setup

Access your package

Open my delivery email and locate the secure download link for your application:

  • Software download: Get your SEA.zip file from the private Google Drive link.
  • Warranty activation: Click the "Activate Warranty" link to register for 12 months of priority technical coverage.

Make sure the ZIP file is saved to your computer before moving to the next stage.

Extract the files (Mandatory)

Right click the ZIP file and select "Extract All" or "Unzip".

⚠️ Crucial: Do not run the app from inside the ZIP. You must extract it first for the database to work.

Run the engine & Grant permissions

Since I build private custom tools, your operating system will ask for permission the first time you launch it.

WINDOWS Double click the .exe file.

Blue window alert?
If you see "Windows protected your PC":
Click More Info → Click Run Anyway.

MACOS Right click the file → Open.

Unidentified developer?
If macOS shows a warning dialog:
Click Open again in the pop-up to confirm your trust.

Activate your module

This is a one time setup. When the window opens, enter your Shopify store URL and your Shopify Admin API access token (shpat_...) and click the green button "ACTIVATE MODULE".

Start the sync

Click the green button "GENERATE REPORT". I have optimized the code to sync your data from Shopify to Excel instantly.

Browse your data

The application automatically creates a "Reports" folder. You will find a new Excel file for every backup you generate there.

Register your 12 month warranty

Don't forget to click the activation link in my email to validate your coverage. I include a full year of technical support, but I need you to register to make it official in my records.
