About the Product

0. What You Are Buying?
You are purchasing a lifetime license for a module of the Sync Engine App (SEA) for Shopify, a desktop application for one (1) Shopify store. I designed this tool to automate repetitive tasks so you can focus on your business. Each module is sold separately, and the purchase and payment for each one are handled independently.
1. What does SEA Do?
With a double-click, the application fetches raw Shopify data and creates a local folder on your computer called “Reports”, containing your data in an Excel document.
2. What SEA Does Not Do?
This is not a business intelligence tool, dashboard generator, or data transformation platform. It does not calculate margins, create reports, or analyze your data. I provide a fetching utility, not a business intelligence suite.
3. What is the Orders Module?
The Orders module of the Sync Engine App synchronizes the last six months of your data. It works with a simple operation: just double-click to run. The application clears and rewrites these "Raw" tabs on each run. If you purchase the Orders module, you receive the following data extraction:
  • Tab 1: Orders General Raw: Order ID, Date, Customer Name, Email, Status, Fulfillment, Total Items, Currency, Subtotal, Shipping Total, Tax Total, Disc. Total, Grand Total, PGW, Tags, and Source.
  • Tab 2: Items Sold Raw: Order ID, Date, Product Variant, SKU, Quantity, Unit Price, Disc. Name, Item Disc., Line Total, Currency, Item Status, and Fulfillment.
4. What is the Shipping Module?
The Shipping module of the Sync Engine App synchronizes the last six months of your shipping data. It works with a simple operation: just double-click to run. The application clears and rewrites these "Raw" tabs on each run. If you purchase the Shipping module, you receive the following data extraction:
  • Tab 1: General Shipping: Order ID, Shipment Status, Tracking Number, Carrier, Location Name, Delivery Method, Items Count and Created At.
  • Tab 2: Items Shipped: Tracking Number, SKU, Item Name, Quantity, Fulfillment Line ID.
5. What is the Inventory Module?
The Inventory module of the Sync Engine App synchronizes all of your inventory data. It works with a simple operation: just double-click to run. The application clears and rewrites this "Raw" tab on each run. If you purchase the Inventory module, you receive the following data extraction:

Inventory Raw: Product ID, Title, Variant Title, SKU, Stock Qty, Price, Unit Cost, Weight(g), Status, and Updated At.

6. What is the Customers Module?
The Customers module of the Sync Engine App synchronizes all of your customer data. It works with a simple operation: just double-click to run. The application clears and rewrites this "Raw" tab on each run. If you purchase the Customers module, you receive the following data extraction:

Customers Raw: ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, Phone, SMS Marketing, Email Marketing, Orders, Total Spent, City, Country, and Created At.

Privacy & Security

7. Do you store my Shopify credentials?
No. You will create a private app in your Shopify admin and generate an Admin API access token. These credentials remain directly in the tool on your computer and are never sent to me or stored on any server.
8. Is my store data safe?
Yes, I am proud to offer a Privacy First Architecture.
  • Data Flow: Shopify >>> Your Computer.
  • No Intermediate Servers: Your data travels directly from Shopify to your PC.
  • Local Execution: Runs entirely on your local computer.
  • Read-Only Access: The Shopify API permissions necessary for data fetching.
  • Encrypted Credentials: Your API keys stay on your machine.

Technical Advantages & Architecture

9. Can you set up the Shopify API keys for me?
Absolutely. To simplify the setup and ensure maximum security, I can handle the API configuration through a Collaborator Request via Shopify Partners. This method allows me to configure the private application and test the connection without ever needing your personal login password.

To get started, please provide me with your store URL and your 4-digit Collaborator Request Code (found in Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators).

I will trigger the request immediately. Once I send the request, you will receive an email to "Accept" my access. I will take care of the rest, and you can revoke my access immediately after the configuration is complete.

10. Can SEA handle big stores?
Yes, the app is robust in performance and reliability. It features efficient pagination for stores with 100k+ products and Anti-Throttling Logic that manages Shopify API rate limits intelligently.

Pricing & Payments

11. How can I pay for the Sync Engine App?
I provide two payment options:
  • PayPal (Credit or debit card): Standard payment method with full buyer protection. Price: $199 USD.
  • Crypto payment (Binance Pay): I offer a 50% discount for payments via Binance Pay. Price: 99 USDT.

14. I have already paid; what’s next?
Please send an email to sea@sheilavalencia.dev with:
Your Shopify Store URL and Your Operating System (Windows or macOS).

Important: I need your Shopify URL (mystore.myshopify.com), not your custom domain.
15. What happens if I send the payment to the wrong person?
You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient's Pay ID before sending funds. I am not liable for funds lost due to typographical errors, incorrect network selection (please use USDT), or transfers to incorrect addresses.
16. Can I get the app and pay later?
Full payment is required before software delivery.
17. What is your Refunds Policy?
No refunds will be issued once the application has been delivered due to: the custom compiled nature of the software, immediate digital delivery, and unique credential processing.

Operational Limitations

18. Why can't I see customer data in Excel?
This is due to Shopify Plan Restrictions if you have the Basic Shopify plan. Shopify explicitly blocks the automatic extraction of personal customer data (email, phone, location) for stores on the Basic plan. If you are on the Basic plan, I will deliver the tool, but these specific customer data columns will remain empty due to Shopify's native API restrictions.

Customization & Modifications

19. Can I add more columns to the sheet?
Yes. Raw Shopify fields can be added for free if requested before I build your custom executable. Any modifications requested after delivery will incur a 50 USD fee.
20. What operating systems are supported?
Windows 10/11 or macOS. If you operate on both, I provide both executables at no additional cost if requested before I build your custom executable. Modifications requested after delivery will incur a 50 USD fee.
21. Is this an offline app?
You need an internet connection to connect with your Shopify store. However, you do not need the internet to work with the files already synchronized on your computer.
22. Why does a warning window appear when I try to run the app?
Security Warnings: As a custom executable, it may trigger antivirus or OS warnings. You are responsible for allowing it to run on your system.
23. Can I personalize my sheets?
Raw Tabs Are Read-Only: Do not add formulas, notes, or manual edits in "Raw" tabs, as I designed them to be cleared and rewritten on each run.
Create Separate Analysis Tabs: Build your reports, dashboards, or analysis in new tabs referencing the raw data.
24. How often does the app sync?
On-Demand Execution: Run the application whenever you need fresh data. However, please try not to exceed Shopify API limits (e.g., syncing 30 times a day).

Delivery & Support

25. What is the implementation timeline?
Standard Delivery: 24 business hours after I receive the payment, the Shopify store URL, and the operating system requirements.
⚠️ Important: I need your Shopify URL, not your custom store domain.
26. What kind of file will I receive?
Delivery Format: Compiled executable (.exe for Windows, Unix executable for Mac).
27. How long is the support coverage?
12-Month Technical Guarantee: I guarantee that the application is free from internal coding defects. If the software fails to launch or encounters a bug in my original code within 12 months of delivery, I will fix it at no cost.
28. Do I receive initial setup support?
I include comprehensive support for installation and initial data mapping for the first 30 days. If you have trouble with the API generation or activating your module, email me at sea@sheilavalencia.dev.
29. What kind of support will I receive?
Support Scope: Limited to the technical functionality of the "Sync Engine App for Shopify." Exclusions: Does not include training on Excel, data analysis, or general Shopify administration.

Updates & Breaking Changes

30. How long is the historical sync?
Customers and Inventory modules: You get all the data available in Shopify. Orders and Shipping modules: You get the last 6 months of data, separated by month.
31. What happens if the app stops syncing?
Breaking Changes: If a change outside of my control (Shopify updates) causes the software to stop working:
  • Reconnection Fee: A maintenance fee of 50 USD applies for recompilation.
  • Benefit: Payment of this fee qualifies you for a free upgrade to the latest version.
  • Post-Warranty: After the initial 12 months, support is limited to paid updates for breaking API changes.

Data & Privacy Guarantees

32. What are your core privacy guarantees?
  • Zero Data Retention: I never see or store your Shopify data.
  • 100% Your Data: All extracted data belongs to you.
  • Direct Transfer: Data moves directly between your systems.
  • No Third Parties: No data brokers, analytics, or external processing.

Intellectual Property & Usage

33. Can I use the app for several Shopify stores?
No. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license for one (1) Shopify store URL.
34. Do I own the source code to modify or resell it?
No. You own the license to use the software; you do not own the code. Usage Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute, or use it for more than one store.

Liability & Disclaimers

35. What happens if the data is not accurate?
Data Accuracy: The engine reports exactly what the Shopify API provides. I am not responsible for data discrepancies, ghost orders, or manual errors within Shopify.
36. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for any data loss, incorrect data, or business decisions made based on the exported data. Software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability.
37. Acceptance & Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the provided software, you: Confirm you understand the functionality, accept all terms and conditions (including the no-refunds policy), and accept responsibility for operational requirements.
